Perfect for large families or multiple couples, this stream side vacation rental features 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 living rooms, a sitting room, dining room, deck overlooking Roaring Fork, and a covered outdoor dining area.
Up to 8 people can find plenty of room to stretch out and relax! Four bedrooms and two living rooms afford amply privacy when needed, and the deck and covered outdoor dining area offer plenty of space to gather for outdoor dining and casual conversation. Or if you'd rather, choose the swing or bench to sit by the trout stocked Roaring Fork stream and listen to the water rushing by.

Located just off east Parkway, you can walk to downtown Gatlinburg or catch a ride at the nearby trolley stop. With pizza and pancake restaurants, the famous Salt & Pepper Shaker Museum, Smoky Mountain Winery and Blue Smoke coffee shop close by, you can park the car and forget it!

Cancellation Policy
In the Event that your plans are changed, if notification of cancellation reaches us within 30 days in advance of your scheduled arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 cancellation fee. If less than 30 days notice is given, the full amount will be retained. You may not change your departure date unless we receive notification 30 days in advance. All no shows will be charged the full amount of the total stay.
Deposit Policy
Please call the day before your arrival to get your door code.
This notice will confirm your reservation with us, your unpaid balance must be paid at least 7 days before arrival and must be paid with Visa, American Express or Mastercard.
